I'm certainly not advocating a wall either, but if the border itself is so porous, the interior of the country has to be an order of magnitude more difficult to control.

I'm no coyote, but if I were, I'd send a citizen down the interstates with a cellphone and call if there were any checkpoints.

This practice is just to make xenophobic retards feel like the gubmit's doing something about 'dem ding dang foreigners.

damn right, such searches have been happening here in the great brown southwest for decades. it's about time that the great white north is subject to this bullshit so you will be "inconvenienced" and learn what it's like to suffer racism and fascism and being considered suspisious for existing within 50 miles of the border. if you are brown, you will be arrested. if you are white, as i am, you will be stopped and then sent on your way.

all you people in the great white north, in the live free or die state, please recognize that walls on the border are evil whether they are in east germany or the southwest us or the northeast us. besides all of this is just another way to push money to the contractors building the walls...
